If you want to challenge the accuracy or completeness of a report that was provided by Global Backgrounds, please call us at 877.70.GLOBAL (877.704.5622).
After speaking with you, we will promptly begin an investigation of the data that you are disputing. Although we will work to quickly resolve your concerns, please be aware that this process can take up to 30 days.
Request a Free Copy of Your Background Report
You may request a free copy of a background report and/or employment screening package if Global Backgrounds has prepared one on you at the request of a 3rd party.
To request a copy of your file, please fill out the form below or call us at 877.70.GLOBAL (877.704.5622). To verify your information, we will contact you via the information you provide below. We will not release any information until we have verified that the requestor's identification positively matches a record in our files.
