CRIMINAL SEARCHES:

County Criminal Record Search
Search of records maintained in the county of applicant's current and / or previous residence. This search is a standard seven (7) year search for felony and misdemeanor convictions and / or pending cases. Our vast network of researchers conducts searches in courthouses across the United States. This is considered the industry standard search for pre-employment screening.

Statewide Criminal History Search
This is a seven (7) year search for criminal convictions or pending cases from the official repository or statewide court system in each state where a statewide search can be conducted. Statewide searches can be conducted in approximately 35 states. (Please note - the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requires that convections reported in some states must be verified at the county level.)

National Criminal Index / Sex Offender Search
This is a database search of more than 160 million criminal records from 47 states and the District of Columbia. This report provides information from courts, probation / parole and conviction records. This search also provides sex offender registrations from all 50 states. (NOTE: Information reported using this search must be verified by conducting a county criminal search in the county of offense, according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA).)

U.S. Federal District Court Search
This search is for United States Federal District Courts only (Federal Crimes). This search searches District Court records from 1992 - present for any conviction or pending case information. This search can be conducted at an individual district court or as a nation wide U.S. district court search.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT SEARCHES:

Previous Address Social Security Number Trace (PASST)
This search provides employers with addresses from the past seven (7) years where an applicant has lived. This search aids in identifying counties an applicant may have lived in but not reported to an employer as a previous address. The PASST report is able to identify counties that have not been ordered and order them for either a set number of years or set number of counties.
(This information comes from different sources and should not be considered an official search from the Social Security Administration or official verification of an applicant's social security number.)

Driving (MVR) Records
This report provides you with an abstract of a drivers driving history for a three (3) to five (5) year period. Records are available from all 50 states.

Credit Reports (Pre-employment & tenant screening only)
This search provides you with a seven (7) year history of an applicants credit history. Reports provide information on public records (bankruptcies, judgments, ect.), summary of delinquent accounts, available credit and payment history. This report does not provide a credit bureau score.

VERIFICATIONS:

Employment Verification
This search verifies previous employment of an applicant. Information is based upon information from Personnel / HR officials, past supervisors, or automated systems. Information reported can include dates of employment, position and eligibility for re-hire.

Education Verification
This search verifies an applicant's degree(s) or achievements. Information from this search can include dates of enrollment, major area of study and any degrees received.
(Note: Must have name and location of school and name used when attending school to complete this verification.)

Reference Verification
This search contacts references that an applicant lists. We ask a standard set and record the answers for your review.

License Verification
This search verifies state issued licenses that are required for occupational practice. Information included in this report includes issuing agency, date of issue, date expiration and current status.

CIVIL SEARCHES:

County Civil Search
This search is conducted at the county level only. It provides a record of all civil action (judgments / liens) against a person or company. Civil searches cannot be conducted statewide. Results include information on parties, type of case, filing date, and judgment entry, with information on any dismissals or judgments.

Nationwide Bankruptcy Search
This search searches for filing of Charter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy petitions in U.S. Federal District Courts. Information includes parties, chapter, date, court location and finding.

DRUG TESTING SERVICES:

Drug Testing Services
We offer nationwide 5 & 10-panel drug testing and hair follicles collection services nationwide. Collection is conducted at either LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics locations. Services include collection, SAMHSA certified lab service and a Medical Review Officer. (Please contact us if you need testing services other than 5 and 10 panel tests)
